Shipping Information

At Southern Firefly, we provide shipping options from USPS and FedEx. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days except during the busy holiday season. When the products are shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. We take extra precautions to prevent damage during shipping, but occasionally damage does occur.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at cs@southernfirefly.com.  Please include your order number, and attach a photo of the damaged package and product so we can file a claim with the carrier.  We will send a replacement to you at no cost.
